Artemis Grill has revised its operating hours and expanded restaurant menus with delicious dishes that please varied food tribes. It continues to use the highest quality food products, locally sourced where possible.
‘From The Grill’ Platters
Executive Chef Oliver Hyde has introduced a new segment titled ‘From The Grill’ showcasing different platters of meat, with evolving options every couple of weeks and subject to availability.
‘From the Grill’ segment begins with the Artemis Mixed Grill – which includes Black Angus Rib-Eye 500g, Iberico Pork Loin 400g, Half Rack of Lamb 400g (3-4pax) $258; Veal Chop – 600g (2pax) $145; Whole Rack of Australian Lamb – 800g, (2-3pax) $145; or F1 Wagyu Bone-in Ribeye ‘Côte de Boeuf’ 1.1kg (2-3pax) $198.
Each platter is served with generous side dishes. This week’s segment includes Asparagus with Truffle & Parmesan, Chopped Greek Salad, and Wild Rice Pilaf.
A La Carte Vegan Menu
Understanding individual dietary requirements is one of Artemis’ chief priorities. Chef has fully re-imagined our Vegan Menu for Summer 2020. Available at both lunch and dinner, diners can choose from a variety of meat & dairy-free starters, mains, side dishes, and dessert.
New vegan dishes this summer include the Tomato & Peach Gazpacho, Fig & Frekeeh Salad, Zucchini & Kale Salad, Roasted Avocado with Saffron Couscous and a new selection of Assorted Sorbets. A new must-try recommended by Chef Oliver are the Crispy Fried Artichokes accompanied by our own Vegan Aioli, great as a shareable side dish or bar snack!
Now Open Mondays, With No Corkage
Beginning Monday, 20th of July, Artemis extends its operating hours to welcome guests, now six days a week including Mondays for both lunch & dinner. To kick things off right, the restaurant has implemented a “corkage free” promotion on Mondays, where guests are encouraged to bring a special bottle of wine to celebrate with, waiving the generally practiced 1-for-1 corkage policy implemented the rest of the week.
Our corkage free Monday promotion is extended throughout the summer.
