Celebrating its first holiday season, Bayswater Kitchen unveils unique seafood-centric Christmas dishes and a special New Year’s Eve menu. The latest restaurant concept from The Privé Group, located at the picturesque Marina at Keppel Bay, is known for its unpretentious waterfront experience with seasonal produce and an elegant nautical-inspired open design concept. Adding a spectacular end to the New Year’s Eve experience, the yearly Mount Faber fireworks can be viewed from Bayswater Kitchen for a remarkable start to the new year.

The breezy alfresco area, relaxed nautical scene and fresh ingredients will bring diners a Mediterranean feel this holiday season. Whether a family reunion, a get-together with friends or a corporate gathering, Bayswater Kitchen offers a distinctive festive experience. Special limited-edition dishes have been created by Chef de Cuisine Jack Allibone to bring a taste of Christmas to the laidback seafront restaurant. For groups of up to 26 guests, the restaurant’s fun recreation area – with a custom-made ping pong and foosball table – can be converted into an intimate private dining area.

Only available on Christmas Eve, Bayswater Kitchen features delightful ingredients from the sea with a Festive Seafood Platter consisting of Salmon Gravlax, Prawn Cocktail, Oysters, Cod Cakes and Whipped Cod Roe (S$30 per person, min 2 pax). Meat-lovers can also indulge in a hearty Whole Roast Chicken served with Cabbage, Bacon, Cauliflower Cheese, Roast Potatoes and Honey Roast Parsnips (S$28 per person, min 2 pax). The satisfying and comforting Christmas Pudding Tart paired with Brandy Ice Cream (S$16) is the perfect way to cap the meal and evoke a nostalgic festive feel.

Bayswater Kitchen has also curated an exclusive New Year’s Eve set dinner for the 31st December only, with the finest ingredients from land and sea.
