MONDRIAN SINGAPORE DUXTON INTRODUCES NEW CANYON CLUB MENU

Discover a new menu inspired by the vibrant food and drinking cultures of America’s East and West Coasts

Step into the golden age of American nightlife at Canyon Club, Mondrian Singapore Duxton’s rooftop bar. Launching 28 August, the new menu brings the distinct drinking cultures of America’s East and West Coasts to life through 12 playful cocktails and a refreshed selection of easy-eating bar bites, all inspired by the neon-lit energy, disco nights and carefree spirit of the 1970s.

From bold, playful East Coast cocktails inspired by Manhattan and the legendary Studio 54, to vibrant, fruit-forward West Coast serves that capture California’s laid-back golden-hour spirit, the menu channels the contrasting personalities of America’s two coasts with a distinctly Canyon Club twist.

Highlights include Cherry Pop!, a colourful, fruit-forward cocktail combining vodka, raspberry, blue curaçao and cherry candy for a playful, nostalgic sip. Meanwhile, Flight to LAX captures the tropical escapism of the West Coast with gold rum, raspberry liqueur, pineapple and honey-mint syrup, served as a bite-sized Tiki-inspired cocktail.

Complementing the cocktails is a refreshed selection of easy-eating bar bites, perfect for sharing as the sun sets over the Duxton skyline. Crispy Coconut Prawns feature a crunchy shredded coconut panko crust paired with green chilli yuzu kosho aioli, while the Canyon Signature Smashed Burger layers a juicy Angus beef patty with melted American cheese, pickles and house sauce in a toasted brioche bun, served with fries. For something lighter, Baja Fish Tacos combine crispy golden white fish with smashed avocado, grilled lime and refreshing pico de gallo.

The new cocktail and bar snacks menu will launch on 28 August as part of Canyon Club’s monthly Sunset Socials, with the rooftop coming alive from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunset Socials brings together music, cocktails, culture and community against the ever-changing backdrop of Singapore’s sunset skyline. Taking place on the last Friday of every month, each edition will feature a fresh line-up of music, collaborators and experiences for guests to look forward to a lively rooftop ritual of unwinding, connecting and enjoying the golden hour. Just as no two sunsets are ever the same, no two evenings at Canyon Club will be alike.

Sunset Socials takes place every last Friday of the month from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Canyon Club is open daily to both hotel guests and city guests from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
