Mercedes-Benz Singapore will bring Mission: Electric back on 5 to 6 September and 12 to 13 September 2026, kicking off at Mercedes-Benz Center Singapore and giving participants the opportunity to experience its latest electric portfolio through an immersive driving experience across Singapore. Featuring the CLA, CLA Shooting Brake, GLB and GLC, the programme combines driving, discovery and interactive challenges designed to bring Mercedes-Benz electric mobility to life.
The return of Mission: Electric comes amid significant product momentum for Mercedes-Benz in Singapore, following a series of new model introductions throughout 2026. With more models still to come, this year’s edition brings together the latest additions in one experience, demonstrating the breadth of choice now available across different segments.
“Electric mobility is already part of everyday life in Singapore, so for us, it is no longer simply about explaining why someone should go electric. It is about giving people the opportunity to experience what electric means when it comes to Mercedes-Benz. That is why Mission: Electric is designed around driving, discovery and a little friendly competition, something to enjoy with friends and family while experiencing our latest electric models out on the road,” said Darren Ng, Head of Customer Excitement, Mercedes-Benz Singapore.
“There is only so much we can tell someone about a car. The experience behind the wheel ultimately has to speak for itself. And we think just as carefully about what happens beyond the drive, where the friction is and how we can remove it. With MB.CHARGE Public now giving our customers access to an expanded charging network across Singapore and Malaysia, we are making another part of electric ownership easier for our customers. That attention to the whole experience, from discovering the car to living with it every day, is what we believe the Mercedes-Benz experience should be.”
Putting the latest electric range to the test
The Mission: Electric line-up brings together four of the latest Mercedes-Benz electric models, spanning different lifestyles and mobility needs. The CLA leads a new generation of electric vehicles from MercedesBenz, combining intelligent technology with a class-leading range of up to 808 kilometres.
Making its Singapore debut alongside Mission: Electric, the CLA Shooting Brake brings greater versatility to the CLA family, with up to 551 kilometres of range and up to 1,290 litres of luggage capacity. It is also the second Mercedes-Benz model to operate entirely on MB.OS.
Completing the line-up, the seven-seater GLB combines flexible space with a range of up to 674 kilometres, while fast charging can add up to 260 kilometres of WLTP range within 10 minutes. The GLC, the global bestseller from Mercedes-Benz reimagined for the electric era, delivers up to 687 kilometres of range and supports DC charging at up to 330 kW, adding as much as 305 kilometres in 10 minutes at a suitable highpower charging station.
Taking electric journeys further with MB.CHARGE Public
The growing range and charging capabilities of the latest Mercedes-Benz electric models are complemented by an expanding charging ecosystem. MB.CHARGE Public now connects customers to more than 12,000 charging points across Singapore and Malaysia, including over 9,000 in Singapore.
Through partnerships with SP Group, CHARGE+, Keppel Volt and CDG, customers can access participating charging points across both markets through a single integrated platform. The Mercedes-Benz app brings together real-time charger availability, transparent pricing and automated billing, giving customers greater flexibility when planning and managing charging across longer journeys, including cross-border travel.
Beyond the drive
Mission: Electric also features a series of interactive challenges designed to bring different aspects of the vehicles and their everyday usability to life. Highlights include:
- “Fit Me” Challenge: Put practicality to the test by fitting as many items as possible into the vehicle’s boot and frunk within two minutes.
- Discovery Bingo Challenge: Complete a series of missions around Mercedes-Benz Studio Singapore while discovering more about the vehicles and the Studio experience.
Participants will earn points as they complete selected activities throughout the experience, with prizes awarded to the highest-scoring team at the end of each session.
