Only available on the 28th and 29th of September, meet celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa and savour the best of Japanese-Peruvian cuisine over a sophisticated eight-course Omakase dinner menu featuring some exclusively created dishes in celebration of celebrity Chef and restaurateur Nobu Matsuhisa’s maiden visit to Nobu Singapore since the restaurant opened in June 2022.

Whet your appetite with the season’s best produce on an assortment of new Nobu-style plates featuring hot and cold dishes, salad, sushi (prepared by Chef Nobu), noodles, and exquisite
desserts. Highlights from the menu include Grilled squid with Fresh Kohlrabi Salad, Japanese Miyazaki Wagyu A5 with Teriyaki Balsamic sauce, and the Chef’s selection of premium sushi.

The Chef Nobu In Town Omakase dinner is available at $395 per person and is limited to 40 persons each night.
