Modern Cantonese restaurant, Madame Fan celebrated the traditions of Dragon Boat Festival with a delicious modern twist in its offerings.

Available for takeaway from 8 to 25 June 2020, Madame Fan preserved old traditions of savoring rice dumplings packed in three novel flavours with luxurious ingredients.

TRUFFLE RICE DUMPLING  $28+ per piece

Glutinous Rice with Pork Belly, Dried Scallop, Salted Egg Yolk, Mushroom, Chestnut (serves up to 2 persons)
A timeless Cantonese classic replete with customary favourites completed with a luxurious touch of Black Truffle slices.

 

JASMINE SMOKED PORK BELLY RICE DUMPLING  $16+ per piece

Glutinous Rice with Braised Jasmine Pork Belly, Dried Shrimp, Salted Egg Yolk, Mushroom (serve 1 person)
An inspiration from one of the house’s signature dish – Jasmine Smoked Pork Ribs, this dumpling contains generous servings of twice cooked pork belly by first braising the pork belly in Jasmine Tea broth for 2-hour followed by smoking the meat before wrapping it with other ingredients.
