An inspiration from one of the house’s signature dish – Jasmine Smoked Pork Ribs, this dumpling contains generous servings of twice cooked pork belly by first braising the pork belly in Jasmine Tea broth for 2-hour followed by smoking the meat before wrapping it with other ingredients.
