Helming the pastry brigade is Chef Audrey Yee, a Four Seasons veteran and graduate of the renowned Le Cordon Bleu School in London. And what she enjoys most is filling the air with wafts of buttery goodness emanating from the ovens in the heart of the kitchen. Catch the limited bakes daily which range from classic Butter Croissants, Pain Au Chocolat, wholesome Oat and Carrot Loaf to decadent Chocolate Chip Cookie, Homemade Raspberry Jam Doughnut, and Custard Doughnut.
Reservations are highly recommended a day in advance as all bakeries are freshly prepared to order. All pastries are available at SGD 4.80nett
Sustainable ¡Tierra! Lavazza Coffee
Using a blend of sustainably sourced fine Brazilian Arabica and washed “Conillon”, the resulting union is a fine robusta with an intense personality with hints of chocolate and dried fruit.
Besides delicious flavors, each cup of Arabica brewed at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore contributes toward the ¡Tierra! sustainability project by Lavazza launched in 2002. Developed on a joint basis with the Rainforest Alliance NGO, the project aims to improve the social and environmental conditions and the production techniques of several coffee-growing and production communities from Peru to Brasile, Ethiopia and Vietnam.
