Following the launch of Singapore’s hottest new brunch, Capri Sundays, Publico Ristorante will be kicking off long weekends at Publico for the upcoming Easter weekend!
With a vibrant Mediterranean feel, breezy riverside terazza, cool house tunes and dynamic entertainment, Publico is Singapore’s most happening weekend haunt, with an Easter extravaganza to match:
- Shouldn’t every weekend kickoff with free flow Prosecco over lunch..? Publico thinks so, which is why they’ll be celebrating every weekend like it’s a long weekend, starting on Friday 30th March
- Later in the evening, Publico will be shouting “Good God, It’s Friday!” with ‘Holy Water’ cocktails and sumptuously Italian special additions to the menu, such as Costoletta di Agnello impanato (lamb chop breaded and pan fried, roasted potatoes, rocket salad leaf, herbs butter, and cherry sauce) and Pizza & Pasqua (white pizza, cream, herbs, broccolini, poached eggs, coppa, ice plant and truffle oil)
- Kicking off the Spring season in style, Publico will also play host to La Primavera Easter Sunday later that weekend, complete with specialty hot cross buns fresh from the pizza oven, warm baked eggs (not forgetting the more indulgent chocolate eggs) and refreshing, ice cold spritz cocktails
