WOLFGANG’S STEAKHOUSE reveals its plans for Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year

Recently opened Wolfgang’s Steakhouse has made a serious name for itself  as Singapore’s first authentic New York steakhouse. Renowned for its tender sub-primal cuts of prime USDA Black Angus meat, which are dry-aged in an onsite proprietary designed aging room for 28 days, the restaurant pays tribute to classic New York City hospitality with a warm, friendly atmosphere and unparalleled service.
Following the announcement of its much-anticipated set-lunch menu last week, the restaurant has unveiled two festive specials for Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year.

CHINESE NEW YEAR

Singapore Black Pepper Beef
In celebration of Chinese New Year, and in homage to the culinary traditions of Singapore, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse will be launching Black Pepper Beef, exclusively for their Singapore restaurant. The signature dish  blends the restaurant’s famed dry-aged USDA Prime Black Angus Sirloin with locally inspired spices and cooking techniques – the succulent beef is stir-fried with Bell Peppers and Black Pepper and is served over a bed of rice. Priced at SG$28, the dish will be available from February on the Lunch menu.

VALENTINE’S DAY
In celebration of Valentine’s Day, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore will be offering couples a special menu, designed for two! Highlights include a seafood platter appetizer, signature porterhouse steak for two, a duo of desserts and two glasses of champagne. The restaurant also boasts an extensive wine list and a menu of expertly concocted cocktails to complement the delicious food. Interiors, too, lend themselves to romantic meals and special occasions, with the rich mahogany bar, deep red leather seats and imported Italian chandeliers adding to the ambience. The Valentines Day menu will be available from 12th-16th February.
SIZZLING LUNCH SPECIAL

The Wolfgang Experience
Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore has officially launched its renowned set lunch menu, the Wolfgang Experience. The Wolfgang Experience is a hand-picked compilation of the restaurant’s renowned signature dishes, with highlights including the Beverly Hills chopped salad as a choice of starter, and the dry-aged Rib Eye Steak as one of the entrée options. The new menu is available daily from 11.30am – 4:30pm, alongside the existing lunch and all day menus.
Conveniently located at the new InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse is in close proximity to the city, yet set in a more relaxed environment, making it the perfect choice for mid-week lunches. It has two private rooms that can be booked for exclusive, intimate lunches of up to 8 people, or combined upon request to create a larger room, able seat up to 20. The main dining room is also available for one-on-one or group lunches, with a spacious and vibrant New York-style atmosphere and floor to ceiling windows for maximized natural light and views of the Singapore River below.
The Wolfgang Experience includes a seafood appetizer, option of salad or soup, entrée with a choice of two sides and a desert served with coffee or tea. Prices range from $55 – $90, depending on the choice of entrée.

Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore is open daily from 11.30am to 11.30pm, and offers lunch, happy hour and dinner daily.
