Teppei Syokudo recently opened their 7th outlet at Plaza Singapura. It is a DIY Kaisendon concept store, where you can pick your favourite sashimi and toppings and to go along with your fluffy Japanese rice or salad.
For the month of July and August, they will be collaborating with the newly listed Michelin Bib Gourmand Restaurant – Man Man Unagi Restaurant. They will be serving up 3 Unagi dishes which would be available at all outlets.
The Unagi are imported live from Japan, and then killed and grilled by Chef Nakagawa from Man Man.
