From July 3 to 28, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore will transform its One-Ninety Restaurant for the month of July as it celebrates a Middle Eastern Food Festival. Guests will be treated to the finest Middle Eastern cuisine by Chef Adnan Al Masri who joins us for this special period from one of the most famous restaurants in Doha.

Inspired by his mother’s cooking of traditional Arabic food, Chef Adnan’s passion and humility have led him not only to helm one of the finest restaurants in Doha, but to also serve as personal chef to royalty. Diners will be transported to the Middle East as Chef Adnan curates a selection of home style food, clay pot dishes and specialty charcoal grills.

Charcoal Grill – Succulent Lamb Kebabs, Beef Steak, Shish Taowk, Fish Kebab and Mixed Grill

Home Style Food – Lamb Shakriah , ChickenMosakhan and Shrimp Harra

Clay Pot – Kibbeh Beiseneh and Jedeh Blizet

Enjoy Middle Eastern themed Market Fresh Mezze and Desserts on the buffet table and a choice of Chef Adnan’s entree for lunch from SGD 52++ and dinner from SGD 64++.
