From 6 to 11 October 2026, Mandala Club, Singapore’s leading private members’ club will transform its home in Bukit Pasoh into Race Week HQ, a six-day cultural programme exploring the people, ideas and energy surrounding the world of motorsport.
Moving from intimate conversations with the leaders, drivers and industry figures shaping racing to music, nightlife and full-throttle hospitality, Race Week HQ brings the sport beyond the circuit and into the cultural life of the city.
The programme arrives as Mandala Club marks its fifth anniversary and enters a new chapter of growth. Established in 2021, the Club has evolved from a private members’ destination into one of Singapore’s most influential cultural institutions, known for creating access to global figures, shaping conversations that matter and producing experiences that become part of the city’s cultural calendar.
Its recent programming has welcomed H.R.H. Princess Beatrice for a World Economic Forum GAEA engagement, hosted NE-YO for an exclusive performance and staged a private album listening party with Kylie Minogue. The Club has also convened summits bringing together leaders in business, technology and culture, hosted conversations with influential thinkers and innovators, and presented major cultural moments including the official ART SG afterparty. Alongside Michelin-starred chef residencies, intimate performances and defining race-week celebrations, these experiences have established Mandala Club as a meeting place for the people shaping business, technology, art and contemporary life.
Race Week HQ builds on that legacy with an ambitious expression of the Club’s cultural point of view. Rather than approaching race week as a single night of celebration, Mandala Club will open up the many worlds surrounding the sport across six days.
Race Week HQ
The programme begins with Grid Sessions, an intimate series featuring the leaders, drivers and industry figures shaping Formula One and the wider motorsport ecosystem. As race weekend approaches, the Club shifts gear through music, nightlife and Mandala’s signature hospitality, culminating in an all-female DJ line-up on Friday night for the return of its flagship party title ‘Electric Eden’, and two editions of its iconic Big Bad Brunch Club.

1. Grid Sessions: The people behind the performance
At the centre of Race Week HQ is Grid Sessions, a series of closed-door conversations examining the leadership, talent, ambition and infrastructure behind elite motorsport. Presented within the intimate setting of Mandala Club, Grid Sessions moves beyond race-day spectacle to offer rare access to the people making the decisions, building the teams and creating the pathways that will determine the future of the sport.
The series opens on Tuesday, 6 October, with Building the Next Chapter: TGR Haas F1 Team, featuring Ayao
Komatsu, Team Principal of TGR Haas F1 Team, in conversation with television presenter and sports host Edward Russell. Formula One rewards speed, but sustained progress is built long before race day. Komatsu will offer an inside look at how he is shaping the team’s next chapter, from deciding where to focus finite resources and building a high-performance culture to turning hundreds of specialists into one cohesive team.
On Wednesday, 7 October, Beyond the Grid Fireside Chat, Presented by IM8 brings together Formula One driver and IM8 Global Ambassador Ollie Bearman; Danny Yeung, Co-Founder and CEO of IM8; and Dr Amy Shah, double board-certified physician and member of the IM8 Scientific Advisory Board. Moving beyond the spectacle of race day, the conversation will explore the extraordinary human performance required to compete at motorsport’s highest level. Drawing on Bearman’s first-hand experience and Dr Shah’s scientific perspective, the session will examine preparation, nutrition and recovery, and what the demands of Formula One can teach us about performing at our best, on and off the track.
On Thursday, 8 October, The Long Game: Making It in Motorsport brings together Kabir Anurag, Singapore’s first Formula One academy driver, and Daniel Woodroof, former professional Formula 3 racing driver and owner of Stratos Motorsports Group. The conversation will look beyond raw talent to examine what it takes to build a lasting career in racing. From navigating the junior ladder, funding and performance pressure to mentorship, commercial backing and life beyond the cockpit, the session considers how sporting promise becomes a sustainable profession.
The series continues on Friday, 9 October, with From Grid to Global: Building Asia’s Motorsport Ecosystem. Alexandre Gibot, Managing Director of Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific, joins Jazeman Jaafar, international racing driver and former Formula One development driver for the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team, to examine how Asia’s growing enthusiasm for motorsport can become a sustainable pipeline of world-class drivers, engineers and racing teams. Spanning customer racing, driver development, technical education, technology transfer and sporting standards, the discussion will consider what it takes for regional talent to progress from local circuits to the global stage, and what is still missing from Asia’s motorsport ecosystem.

2. Nightlife: Off the track, into the groove
On Friday evening, Race Week HQ moves from conversation to celebration with Boogie Pasoh: Electric Eden. From 8PM till late, the Club will be transformed into a tropical after-dark world of hypnotic rhythms, low-lit corners and charged dance floors. An all-female line-up of hard-hitting local selectors brings together MISS LIL, HBN and TASHASAN for an electric opening to race weekend.
The members-only celebration is presented in collaboration with Patrón Tequila, Grey Goose Vodka and Red Bull.
3. The Big Bad Brunch Club, Race Week Edition: Mandala’s iconic brunch returns at full throttle
The weekend culminates with one of Mandala Club’s most recognisable rituals: The Big Bad Brunch Club. Taking place on Saturday, 10 October and Sunday, 11 October, from 12PM to 3PM, the Race Week Edition brings the scale and indulgence of Mandala’s celebrated brunches to Singapore’s biggest weekend.
Towers of seafood on ice, caviar by the tin and slow-roasted wagyu carved to order will be served tableside, accompanied by a thumping soundtrack designed to carry the afternoon from the starting grid into the final lap.
Available to members and guests of members, the brunch includes the option of a two-hour premium free-flow experience and champagne upgrades.
Across six days, Race Week HQ will turn Mandala Club into a home for the people, ideas and culture surrounding motorsport. It is both a celebration of the Club’s first five years and a statement of intent for its next chapter: more ambitious in scale, broader in cultural reach and firmly embedded in the moments that move Singapore.
