The Westin Singapore reopened Seasonal Tastes, its all-day dining destination on Level 32, following a complete transformation. The reopening marks a renewed chapter for the hotel’s culinary offering, built around Westin’s Eat Well philosophy and a market-fresh approach to international buffet dining.

Situated on Level 32 of Asia Square Tower 2, the refreshed Seasonal Tastes offers an abundant selection of fresh seafood, succulent roasts, and local favourites, set against breathtaking views of Marina Bay and the South China Sea.

Anchoring the local offering is a partnership with Kway Guan Huat Joo Chiat Popiah, the multi-generation family business that has been handmaking popiah skins in Singapore since 1938. Guests can experience the heritage dish freshly prepared as part of the restaurant’s local favourites section, bringing a piece of Singapore’s hawker legacy into the hotel’s dining room.

At the dessert counter, Seasonal Tastes’ own patisserie selection offers a line-up of in-house baked goods, featuring the signature New York Cheesecake with Raspberry Sauce, available daily at both lunch and dinner alongside sweet creations from Dove Desserts.

The fully renovated restaurant serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, with the menu rotating seasonally to reflect the freshest produce available. Buffet breakfast is served from 6.30am to 10.30am on weekdays and from 6.30am to 11am on weekends and public holidays. The space transitions from 12pm to 2:30pm into a sophisticated space for buffet lunch followed by dinner from 6pm to  10pm.

The reopening follows a period of momentum for the hotel, which was recently appointed ‘Official Professional Field Hotel’ of the 2026 BYD Singapore International Marathon presented by adidas, marking its fourth consecutive year supporting the race.

On 4 August, The Westin Singapore hosted Race As You Are, an evening celebrating movement, resilience and inclusion that brought together para-athletes, endurance runners and disability advocates for a 5km community run around Marina Bay, part of a wider wellness campaign spanning the hotel’s ‘Move Well and Eat Well’ pillars.
