What’s New and Next at Velocity@Novena Square: End-April to May 2026

Velocity@Novena Square is turning up the flavour, fun and feel-good factor this season with a fresh wave of openings through end-April and May 2026 across dining, lifestyle, wellness and entertainment. Leading the line-up is the 24 April opening of Lady M — including a Velocity@Novena Square exclusive Dubai Chocolate Cake available only at Velocity for the first week — and the upcoming debut of SAM SAM SAM Samgyetang in May. This lineup builds on recent arrivals already at the mall, including LONGJING and Dorifto!, alongside more new additions that give shoppers even more reasons to visit in the weeks ahead.

Exclusively available at Velocity@Novena Square for a limited time, Lady M’s Dubai Chocolate Cake offers a decadent nod to one of the year’s most talked-about flavour trends.

Lady M, the New York-founded cake boutique best known for pioneering the Signature Mille Crêpes, will open on 24 April at Level 1, bringing with it one of the season’s most eye-catching exclusives. Available only at Velocity@Novena Square at its launch week from 24 April to 1 May, before becoming available to all outlets from 1 May, Lady M’s Dubai Chocolate Cake is inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate bar and reimagined as a Mille Crêpes creation. The limited-time cake layers handcrafted crêpes with chocolate and pistachio pastry creams, and is finished with crispy kataifi, pistachio and tahini for a rich, indulgent dessert that brings together French patisserie finesse and the familiar flavours of knafeh. Lady M will be located next to the Customer Service Counter, L1.

Also opening in May 2026 is SAM SAM SAM Samgyetang (#02-46), a Korean dining concept dedicated to traditional samgyetang and centred on comforting, slow-simmered ginseng chicken soup. Spanning over 2,000 sq ft, the restaurant is designed as a warm and restorative dining space, with a menu that also includes dakgomtang and a variety of other chicken-based Korean dishes. The concept is the latest from the team behind MODU Samgyetang, the Korean dining brand known for helping popularise samgyetang as a specialty in Singapore.

At LONGJING, time-honoured Zhejiang flavours meet modern elegance, offering diners at Velocity@Novena Square a taste of Chinese cuisine with a creative edge.

The upcoming openings build on a strong run of launches already introduced at the mall in April. Foodies have more to tuck into with the arrival of LONGJING (#03-09), which opened on 3 April. Originating from the Longjing Tea Garden by West Lake in Hangzhou, LONGJING is rooted in the traditions of Zhejiang cuisine, while weaving together Song Dynasty aesthetics and modern innovation. At Velocity@Novena Square, the brand is introducing an exclusive series of creative Zhejiang dishes in collaboration with Chef Yu Bin, a renowned Michelin-starred chef in Zhejiang cuisine. The opening marks LONGJING’s second outlet in Singapore.

Dorifto! adds a playful new edge to Velocity@Novena Square with its indoor drift experience, giving shoppers a fun new way to switch gears between retail and recreation.

For those who prefer their thrills served sideways, Dorifto! (Carpark 6A) brings a whole different kind of buzz to the mall. Opened on 16 April, the concept is billed as an indoor electronic mini drift car experience inspired by Japanese touge roads. Designed to make drifting safe, accessible and seriously fun, Dorifto! is built for everyone from seasoned car enthusiasts to curious first-timers looking to try something out of the ordinary. Spanning 14,000 sq ft, the concept transforms part of the carpark into a lively social destination built from the ground up by a team of racers.
