Huawei recently announced its flagship mobile devices HUAWEI P50 Pro and foldable masterpiece HUAWEI P50 Pocket designed in collaboration with haute couture designer, Iris van Herpen. We spend some time with the P50 Pro and discovered several interesting features.

The phone is beautifully designed, with an elegant look that is characteristic of the P Series. Its iconic Dual-Matrix Camera Design sees an incredible array of high-end lenses working together in perfect harmony. This is further enhanced by the ground-breaking HUAWEI

The HUAWEI P50 Pro’s True-Form Dual Matrix Camera comprises the powerful Main Camera Matrix and SuperZoom Matrix. The hardware is integrated with the HUAWEI XD Optics and HUAWEI XD Fusion Pro image engine, resulting in images that are brighter, shot with more light taken in, cleaner and more detailed.

Whether connecting to your Huawei wireless headphones, smart TV, PC or tablet, you can control everything from one singular interface in the Control Panel.

DISTRIBUTED FILE MANAGEMENT
When HUAWEI P50 Pro is connected to a Huawei laptop, it turns into a USB drive that can be accessed directly on the computer. Without using a data cable, the smartphone icon will appear in the computer’s Folder as a drive. Clicking on it, you can access your mobile files as if you are accessing a computer folder. You can directly drag and drop any videos or pictures from your phone’s Gallery onto the computer for post editing. When you are done, you can right-click to save them to your phone. To connect, simply follow these steps:
• Enable Bluetooth and NFC on the HUAWEI P50 Pro
• Connect with Device+ on Control Panel. Another option is to place the back of the smartphone against the Huawei Share sensing area on the laptop.
• Follow the instructions on the pop-up window on the laptop to complete the connection.

The HUAWEI P50 Pro is lightweight, packing a large display and battery into a device that is thin, light and comfortable to hold in your hand. It has a 6.6-inch display, an overall thickness of 8.5mm, 4,360mAh battery and a weight of about 195g. With an IP68 rating, you can be sure you will be protected from the elements when out and about.

In conclusion, the P50 Pro Camera system has been massively upgraded with the latest technology and optics. The processor is fast and snappy, battery life is excellent.
