BRDL Bar and Restaurant celebrates their new launch with 4 exciting pop-up events in November.

Artichoke X BRDL, 7 Nov 2021, 5:30-7:30pm, 8-10pm

In collaboration with guest chef Bjorn Shen, the BRDL crew and Chef Ming are putting together a family-style menu with Middle Eastern and Modern Asia Components. Consisting of a 7-course sharing plate meal, dinner is priced at $178++ for a pair of diners for food only, and is available over two seating sessions.

Monkey 47’s brand ambassador, Brendon Khoo, presents a selection of two cocktails featuring the brand’s eponymous dry gin.

For $18++ a tipple, the Paddington is a shaken (not stirred) concoction of Monkley 47 Dry Gin, fresh lemon juice and orange marmalade syrup, spritzed with a floral lavender infusion and topped with expressed orange peel for a refreshing finish.

Alternative guests may choose to have a go at Monty’s Southside instead, priced at $18++ per glass. Shaken and strained into a rock glass with a big ball of ice, this mix of Monkey 47 Dry Gin, fresh lime juice and rich simple syrup is garnished with a minty leaf for an extra sharp and refreshing hint on the nose.

The Ridiculously Good Dinner, 16 Nov 2021, 7:30pm (featuring TiNDLE x CRUST)

Save the planet one delicious bite at a time with TiNDLKE and CRUST as they show you what mouth watering chicken made from plantys and upcycled bread ale is all about.

Featured in a single seating, this dinner showcase how mind-bl;owing plant-based dining can be over a 6-course pairing dinner, partnering dishes with beers crafted from typically discarded bread crust and fruit peels. Priced at $98++ per diner, the dinner menu also introduces diners to CRUST’s newly launched CITRAL, a hazy pale ale brewed using surplus brtead and lemon myrtle from Gardens by the Bay for an aromatic citrus-and-hearb fragrance.

Martell’s brand ambassador, Alson Tian, presents Oblige, a cocktail featuring Martell Noblige, a home-made spiced syrup, and Angostura Bitters topped with an orange peel garnish. Available for $18++, this spicy mix is the perfect start to a relaxing evening ahead.

In contrast, BRDL presents the Bitter “B” Negroni, crafted from a mix of Martell Noblige, Gran Classico, Rosso Vermouth, and Orange Bitters. Also garnished with an orange peel, this tipple is available for $23++ per glass, and boasts a full-bodied spirit cocktail with an herbaceous flavour and sweet, spicy end notes.

Roasted Cod in light yuzu vinaigrette on a bed of jalapeno and mango salsa for those with a preference for lighter flavour profiles. For a satisfying finish, the Mango Sticky Rice is a must-try treat crafted from a coconut sago base topped with caramelised honey mangoes, lovingly covered in a light blanket of toasted coconut flakes, accompanied by a refreshing coconut sorbet and meringue on the side.
