The Macallan has introduced Distil Your World: The London Edition at The Macallan Experience in Singapore – an innovative new exploration in collaboration with the Roca brothers to discover the essence of one of the world’s greatest cities. To celebrate the launch in Singapore, The Macallan has joined hands with three award-winning Chefs de Cuisine from 藝 yì by Jereme Leung, Tiffin Room, and Butcher’s Block at Raffles Hotel Singapore to create an exclusive one-time only menu for a unique gastronomic experience that will present a little piece of London for gourmet lovers.
Guests will be able to journey into the flavours of London city – a melting pot of culinary and culture as you evoke your tastebuds with a ‘6-hands’ dining experience that incorporates Chinese, Indian and Western cuisine, accompanied by an impeccable pairing of specially selected Macallan whiskies.
The distinctive gastronomic experience is priced at S$5,210.80 nett and will be available on 8, 9, 15 and 16 May 2021. This exclusive and limited dining package includes two seats and a bottle of Distil Your World: The London Edition, booking upon enquiry only.
