Somm’s Table at Butcher’s Block

After two successful past editions, the Somm’s Table, an evolving thematic wine experience at Butcher’s Block, journeys on to Spain. Red wine enthusiasts can look forward to enjoying a flight of five remarkable Spanish reds by star producer Alvaro Palacios, one of the most sensational winemakers in Spain.

Be seated at the exclusive 5-seat sommelier’s table and enjoy personal attention from the sommelier as you discover beautiful red, including the 2016 La Montesa Rioja, 2017 Petalos del Bierzo and 2016 Les Terrasses Priorat. Each guest will be served a glass of each of these five premium Spanish red wines, hear their stories and delight in scrumptious dishes from the curated BBQ menu, personally recommended by the sommelier, to complement the experience.
