Hua Ting Restaurant’s Signature HK Rice Dumpling
Featuring a fancy take on rice dumplings, the Hong Kong Style Rice Dumpling with Abalone, Roasted Duck, Pork Belly, Dried Scallops and Beans (鲍鱼裹蒸粽 $32.80) is stuffed full of premium ingredients in a rectangular golden cushion of the finest glutinous rice. Meticulously handcrafted, each rich dumpling is wrapped with specially imported bamboo and lotus leaves, and steamed for six hours.
For health enthusiasts, Cantonese style Rice Dumpling with Pork Bone Cartilage and Homemade X.O. Sauce (X.O.酱猪软骨炒米粽 $18.80) is a flavourful combination. Rich in calcium and collagen, the Pork Bone Cartilage is infused with Chef’s special homemade X.O. Sauce for a delicious taste.
Brown Rice Dumpling with Wild Mushroom and Black Truffle and Rice Dumpling with Pork Bone Cartilage and Homemade X.O. Sauce
Vegetarian fans can indulge in Brown Rice Dumpling with Wild Mushroom and Black Truffle (黑松露野菌糙米粽 $18.80), best dipped with soy sauce! Perfectly paired with an assortment of mushrooms and black truffle paste to add a modern touch to the nutritional brown rice.
Showcasing the perfect balance of healthy and savoury dumplings, Hua Ting Restaurant’s Assorted Dumpling Set 美味三宝粽 ($62.80) comprises all the above three flavours for ideal gifting to families, friends and business associates.
To celebrate the Duan Wu Festival, Master Chef Lap Fai has curated two distinctive takeaway 6-course set menus featuring well-loved rice dumplings and classic dishes such as Charcoal-grilled Pork “Char Siew”, Braised Bird’s Nest, Fish Maw and Dried Scallop, 24-hour Slow Cooked Crispy Prime Beef served with French Ice Lettuce, and Steamed Sea Perch Fillet with Ginger Puree. Takeaway Festive Sets are available from $108 per pax (minimum 2 pax).
