Play it cool in the daytime : under the dappled shade of Wildseed Café’s vine-covered conservatory, surprise your valentine with a heart-shaped chocolate cake with a molten centre – a cheeky play on the idea of heart-melting moments.
Those desiring to spend an evening courting their beloved will especially appreciate the drama of moonrise over the rolling hills of Singapore’s Southern Ridges and the lovingly restored white walls of the 101-year-old mansion.
Reflect the fun and vibrant passion of your romance with TXA Pintxo Bar’s 3-course set dinner, complete with complimentary Love Potion cocktails for him and her. Starting with an amuse bouche of an olive stuffed with housemade vermouth jelly, the meal slides into a plate of Salpicon de Pulpo made with octopus, prawn and crab as well as tomato, onion, capsicum and compressed watermelon.

Mains are a choice between Bacalao Confitado or confit salted cod and Angus a La Parrilla or grilled beef tenderloin, cooked with a Basque approach where high quality ingredients are carefully treated to bring out the beauty and nuances of their flavours. Finish on a smooth sweet note with Mousse de Chocolate Blanco which features a velvety chocolate mousse with chocolate sponge, and a lychee berries jam.
For those who prefer a rich glaze of romance on their evening while passion simmers slowly, UNA takes the lead with a lingering 5-course meal. Beginning in a similar fashion to TXA with complimentary Love Potion cocktails for him and her, an amuse bouche of vermouth jelly-stuffed olive and Salpicon de Pulpo, the meal takes an intensely oceanic detour with a carpaccio of Carabineros Prawn, gently zinged up with housemade wasabi aioli and lime.

A cool Gazpacho Consomme of tomato consommé, confit tomato and basil refreshes the palate to ready for the mains – a choice of Bacalao Confitado or confit salted cod, and Angus a La Parrilla or grilled beef tenderloin – and the creamy sweet finish of the Mousse de Chocolate Blanco.
