Imperial Lunar New Year at Shang Palace
Indulge in exquisite seven-course, eight-course sets menus and a la carte selection specially crafted by award winning Executive Chef Mok Kit Keung.
The eight-course set menu – Prosperity, Harmonious, Opulence and Abundance start from $198 and highlight such as Fortune Yu Sheng with Norwegian Smoked Salmon and Poached Lobster, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, Braised Whole Abalone, Braised Bird’s Nest with Sea Cucumber, Sautéed Boston Lobster and more. The set menus are available from 2 January to 8 February 2020.
Vegetarian guests may go for the seven-course vegetarian menu priced at $128, featuring highlights such as Fortune Longevity Vegetarian Yu Sheng, Braised Bird’s Nest, Assorted Vegetables with Black Truffle Paste, and more.
Guests may also enjoy a selection of delicately crafted a la carte and dim sum items, including Sautéed Lobster with Pine Mushroom in Supreme Broth, Steamed Star Garoupa Fillet Crab Roe Sauce, Scallop and Shrimp Dumpling with Caviar, Steamed Custard Bun with Sweet Corn in the shape of the Rat, to name a few.

From 24 to 27 January 2020, welcome the Lunar New Year with a sumptuous dinner at The Line, featuring Chinese New Year dishes from Cantonese and Singaporean cuisines.
The feast featuring more than 15 new dishes specially curated for Chinese New Year such as Eight Treasure Duck, Ginseng Infused Fortune Chicken wrapped in Lotus Leaf, Singapore Chilli Crab, Steamed Whole Fish in Hong Kong style, Garlic Steamed Scallop with Glass Noodles, and ideal for big group celebration, guests will definitely find something they like on the buffet spread.
A Peranakan Lunar Year at The Lobby Lounge Guests can celebrate the Lunar New Year with Peranakan favourites at The Lobby Lounge, classic Nyonya favourites include Ayam Buah Keluak, Itek Sioh, Bakwan Kepiting, Chap Chye and more, available for the heritage lunch buffet on a rotating menu from 24 January to 8 February 2020.
From 24 to 27 January 2020, guests can also look forward to the festive favourites including Prosperity Popiah with Crab and Tiger Prawn and Fortune Kueh Pie Tee with Scallop and Crab and Crispy Roasted Suckling Pig.
