ELEPHANT GROUNDS LIFESTYLE-LED CAFE EXPANDS ALL-DAY MENU

Following its debut in Singapore earlier this year, Elephant Grounds enters its next chapter with an expanded all-day menu, rolling out progressively from May 2026. Building on its foundation as a Hong Kong-born café known for specialty coffee and relaxed design-led spaces, the brand continues to evolve its offering, bringing more depth, heartiness, and variety to its food programme.

Founded in Hong Kong, Elephant Grounds has spent over a decade shaping a lifestyle-led café culture across the region. Its Singapore outpost at Guoco Midtown carries forward this ethos, where coffee, food, and atmosphere are treated as equal pillars; a space designed as much for lingering as it is for dining.

With this next phase, the menu will expand beyond its established brunch favourites into a more robust selection of mains, alongside a refreshed line-up of pastries and desserts, reinforcing its position as an all-day destination, from morning coffee to casual dinners.

A BROADER ALL-DAY MENU

The expanded menu introduces a stronger emphasis on mains, bringing together comfort, bold flavours and thoughtful cross-cultural influences.

Among the highlights is the Seafood Aglio Olio (SGD 26++), a homegrown dish inspired by the local favourite, “Hokkien mee” (fried prawn noodles). Light yet deeply flavourful, it layers garlic, chilli, prawns, squid, and prawn stock into a familiar classic, reinterpreted with a clean, modern profile that is well-suited for both lunch and dinner.

Heartier options continue with the Chicken Rendang Donburi (SGD 18++) where tender Chicken pieces are coated in a bold, aromatic rendang sauce, and served with rice, yam chips and sunny side-up egg, offering a comforting addition to Elephant Grounds’ growing donburi selection.

Brunch signatures evolve through dishes like the Beef Bacon & Kale Benedict (SGD 20++), adapted from Elephant Ground’s newly opened Jakarta outpost menu, as a non-pork alternative. Rich and satisfying it combines smoked beef short rib bacon, poached eggs, crisp kale and hollandaise, to be a more substantial comforting breakfast option. Other additions include the Seafood Bisque (SGD 12++) is layered with prawn, squid in a hearty bisque, while the Mushroom Soup (SGD 8++) offers an earthy, creamy comfort.

Seafood remains a recurring thread across the menu and will continue to roll out in Q3 2026 from the distinctly Singaporean Chilli Crab Pasta that features a generous portion of crab meat in a rich, spiced sauce finished with onsen egg. For a lighter balance, the Grilled Salmon & Couscous Salad offers a cleaner, herb-forward profile; the Smoked Salmon & Ulam Salad Benedict is set on Elephant Ground’s signature butter croissant with fresh Ulam herbs.

The expanded menu marks the beginning of a broader menu evolution at Elephant Grounds Singapore with more dishes set to roll out progressively through the third and fourth quarter of 2026. Continuing to draw inspiration from local flavours and regional influences, the café will further deepen its all-day dining experience with upcoming creations that reflect Elephant Grounds’ growing connection to Singapore food culture.

NEW PASTRIES, BAKES & SWEET FINISHES

Extending from its in-house bakery, the refreshed pastry and dessert selection continues Elephant Grounds’ approach of elevating familiar classics with thoughtful execution.

Available from May are savoury bakes such as the Feta & Spinach Quiche (SGD 8++) and sweet favourites including the Egg Tart (SGD 2.80++), a nod to Hong Kong café culture that pairs a flaky viennoiserie-style crust with silky egg custard.

Desserts continue with the aromatic Orange & Olive Cake (SGD 6++), balancing citrus brightness with a moist, lightly savoury crumb, while the brand’s signature Ice Cream Sandwich (SGD 10++), featuring a choice of vanilla or cinnamon ice cream between chocolate chip cookies, remains a defining part of the Elephant Grounds identity. First introduced in Hong Kong in 2013, the cult favourite captures the brand’s playful and nostalgic approach to dessert.

Additional pastries, desserts and bakery items will continue to launch progressively in the coming months as Elephant Grounds further expands its all-day offering.

BEYOND THE TABLE: ELEPHANT GROUNDS COFFEE, CULTURE AND COMMUNITY

Beyond the dining experience, Elephant Grounds continues to build on its identity as a lifestyle-led café, where coffee sits at the centre of everyday rituals. Expanding its coffee program in Singapore, the café introduces a single-origin pour-over, the Semendo Hermetically Sealed Natural (100 Hours), an Indonesian coffee grown above sea level and processed through extended fermentation and drying. The result is a clean yet expressive cup with notes of dark grapes, berries, and a lingering chocolatey finish.

This experience extends beyond the café through Elephant Grounds’ long-standing merchandise culture, which has been integral to the brand since its early days in Hong Kong. From May, the Singapore outpost will roll out a curated range of coffee beans, pods and drip bags alongside hot and cold tumblers, designed to bring its “Coffee n’ Chill” philosophy into homes, offices, and daily routines.

Conceived as a contemporary urban refuge, Elephant Grounds Singapore is built as a true third space – a place to press pause between home and office. The space is shaped by how people choose to spend their time, where good coffee, thoughtful food and a sense of ease come together effortlessly.
