LeVeL33Celebrates Austrian Wine
LeVeL33 offers a very special wine dinner in their Dining Room on 21 November. For one night only, six different Austrian wines will be paired with a special four course dinner menu curated just for this dinner.
Part of their participation in Austrian Wine Week, LeVeL33 offers guests a new experience that is unique yet still aligned with their core beliefs of warm hospitality, boutique craftsmanship and artistry,and consistent excellence.
This wine dinner is an especially exciting proposition – the menu continues with their ContemBrewery cuisine, offering sophistication with a beer-centric flourish. The first course of Raw Hokkaido Scallop takes things one step further by using their recently launched Hopped Dry Gin as a vinaigrette.
WSET-certified Executive Chef Archan deftly walks the fine line between creativity and pomposity in the wine pairings; there is a mix of native Austrian grapes and the more popular varietals from award-winning wineries Gebeshuber and Gross, offering complement, contrast and surprise with every mouthful.
The winemakers Johannes Gebeshuber (of Winery Gebeshuber) and Thomas Schabl (of Winery Gross) will be present to personally introduce each of the wines that will be served to the tables dining on this special menu.
