The Noël Crème Catalan entices with a stunning combination of muscovado frangipane, banana compote and crème Catalan, while Christmas Joy sees a refreshingly fruity medley of pink guava and peach compote, vanilla and yuzu mousse balanced perfectly with almond Pain de Gênes. Christmas Cassis will have you reminiscing of chestnuts roasting over an open fire, with its crisp chestnut sablé, cassis soufflé sponge and delightful cassis compote. Stealing the limelight is The Ruby Cocoa – shaped just like a cocoa pod with tantalizing layers of raspberry mousse, raspberry chocolate cremeux and chocolate almond cream.

Look forward to sumptuous delights from The Christmas Rotisserie, such as the Crackling Iberico Pork Loin and Traditional Roasted Christmas Turkey. Celebrate the festivities and plan a stay right in the heart of the Marina Bay. From SGD 567 per night, the Christmas Getaway package features a one night stay in the luxurious Ocean View Room, which includes an extensive buffet breakfast at Melt Café.
