The new logo perfectly represents the values of Furla, of its founder Aldo Furlanetto, who created the company in 1927 and endowed it with its identity. The harmony of the new typeface, a sans serif font – a font without the extending features, called “serifs”, at the end of each stroke – is a contemporary tribute to modernism. A typeface which is sleeker and more harmonious and a direct link to the world of design and art, which epitomises the DNA of Furla and Fondazione Furla. The lock-up of the logo enhances the celebration of Furla’s history and Italian spirit, which continues to this very day: space and time are fused together through the values: beauty, harmony, craftsmanship, sophisticated elegance as well as innovative design and research.
