This fall, Dolce&Gabbana exceeded expectations to put forth a show overflowing with the House’s signature aristocratic elements within each of its ornamented collective themes. In line with the classic focus on Italian regalia, the grandeur included looks that delivered unique patchwork coats, compelling fabrics that transcended through the eastern dynasties, as well as the ultimate luxe loungewear for the autumnal season.

Quilted coats take centre stage this season, with different textiles from lavish shearling to luxe velvet, and sturdy jacquard intricately embroidered with baby angels and elaborate florals. These heavy duty statement quilted coats bring any simple look to life with their je ne sais quoi.

Drawing inspiration from the beauty of the faraway eastern shores, the Italian fashion house has finely crafted oriental brocade fabrics into contemporary hand clutches with matching gold hardware. The fleur pattern is also sculpted into fitted suits and silky lapels, flawlessly complemented with traditional knotted buttons.

Elegance came in the form of opulent bathrobes at the autumnal show, a perfect fade into the chilly weather that calls for lounging around.
