Step into a romantic secret garden and enjoy precious company in the exclusivity of a climate-controlled, air-conditioned geodesic dome set amongst lush greenery. Indulge in an exquisite 10-course set menu ($600++ per couple) that brings forth the finest ingredients, garnished with edible flowers and herbs picked from the surrounding edible garden. This charming experience is made even more special with a bottle of bubbly and flower bouquet by Poppy Floral Studio.

A love story at The Summerhouse Dining Room

Delight in a 7-course sharing menu for two ($300++ per couple inclusive of two glasses of Champagne) thoughtfully curated by the culinary team. This menu features an array of fresh produce from the local farms. Complement the meal with Ink Effervescence ($18++), a special cocktail with elegant blue hues derived from blue pea flowers grown right in The Summerhouse’s edible garden.

for dinners only on 9th, 10th, 11th and 14th February 2018 from 6pm onwards.
The Secret Garden 10-course set menu is priced at $600++ per couple
inclusive of a private dining experience in the garden dome,
bottle of Champagne and flower bouquet. The 7-course set menu is
priced at $300++ per couple inclusive of two glasses of Champagne.
Special Ink Effervescence cocktail is available at $18++.

An afternoon rendezvous at Wildseed Café

Enjoy a tranquil afternoon with a whimsical Valentine’s tea set ($50++ per set for two) of both savoury and decadent chocolate selections. Commence with Gruyere and Chicken Sandwiches, before moving on to sweets like Violette Soil Garden, Melty Chocolate Truffles, Chocolate-Dipped Citrus Madeleines and Red Velvet Waffles. Choose from a range of 10 exotic tea blends to accompany the dainty morsels.

The Wildseed Café Valentine’s afternoon tea set for two is available
from 1st to 28th February 2018, 2pm to 5pm. The tea set includes a
selection of five savouries and pastries, and a pot of freshly brewed tea.
The afternoon tea set is priced at $50++ per set for two.

Whisper sweet nothings over saccharine delights like the selection of ice blended drinks such as Raspberry Mocha ($7.50++), White Mocha Chip ($7.50++), as well as an indulgent Double Chocolate ($9++) that comes crowned with hazelnut brownie cake bites.

Try a crowd favourite, the Red Velvet Waffle ($14++) topped with vanilla ice cream, cherry compote, drizzle of chocolate sauce and icing sugar, or the Red Velvet In A Jar ($8++) with velvety cream cheese frosting layered in between house-baked red velvet chocolate sponge cake.

Shakespeare in love at Wildseed Bar

Go back in time to an age of timeless romance with sips of Shakespeare’s love potions, featuring botanical-infused cocktails ($16++ each) named after the writer’s famous love novels. Sip on Romeo and Juliet, where effervescent Prosecco that mimics the fervor of young lovers is mixed with vodka, apple juice and frozen berries. A Midsummer Night’s Dream will tug at the heartstrings of Gin lovers with a twist of blueberry purée, reminiscent of dusk. Or have it As You Like It and indulge with Baileys, chocolate milk, whipped cream and marshmallow.

Have the best of both worlds by ordering your favourite flavours on the half & half Lover’s Pizza ($22++ each) as two is always better than one, and be sure not to miss the live oyster station with freshly shucked oysters at only $3++ each.
