Pan Pacific Singapore Flavours of the Lion City Buffet at Edge

From 10 July until 9 August 2026, award-winning buffet restaurant Edge, presents a decadent buffet experience in celebration of Singapore’s 61^st birthday. Specially curated by Executive Chef Andy Oh and his Culinary Team, this lavish spread is available daily and brings together the vibrant flavours that pay tribute to Singapore’s rich and diverse culinary landscape.

Indulge in hearty local specialities, such as Teochew-style Steamed Local-farmed Hybrid Grouper, Braised Kong Bak with Lotus Leaf Bun, Poached Local-farmed Xiao Bai Cai with Egg White Crab Meat Sauce, Wok-fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle in Opeh Leaf, and Fried Rice with Crispy Pork Lard. The feast continues to unfold with signature creations, such as Baked Local-farmed Barramundi with Chilli Pesto and Cilantro, Steamed Pacific Jumbo Clam in White Wine and Garlic, Smoked Pork Belly with Caramelised Pineapple Sauce, Pot Pie Lamb Stew, and much more.

Exclusively available for dinner, the charcoal-barbecued live station showcases Marinated Giant Squid, Local-farmed Vannamei Prawn, and Local-farmed Silver Pomfret. The spread is further elevated with Edge’s Signature Salt Baked Crab, Giant Cast Iron Pan-fried Oyster Omelette, Barbecued Sambal Stingray, and more.

Save room for dessert, where an indulgent selection of sweets awaits, from nostalgic flavours, such as Edge’s Signature Durian Pandan Cake and Chempedak Cake, to playful creations, such as Milo Pani Puri and Chocolate Chilli Padi Tartlet. Together with Coconut Rock Melon Tart, Horlicks Bread and Butter Pudding, Ondeh-ondeh Ice Cream, and more tantalising treats, Edge delivers a satisfying finale to this local-inspired feast.
