This unique event, inspired by the ambience of old-world Salons, celebrates creativity by bringing together renowned international artist Christian Develter, luxury spirit brand Samaroli, and London’s distinguished Cigar House, Sautter. The program is a testament to InterContinental Singapore’s commitment to elevating guest experiences through bespoke initiatives with international partners, and it will run from Friday, November 24th, to Sunday, December 17th, with exclusive experiences on the inaugural two evenings.

Christian Develter, an internationally renowned artist, is known for his boundary-pushing approach that combines strong colors with bold shapes, utilizing a mixture of oils and acrylics. The exhibition at InterContinental Singapore’s Lobby Lounge from November 24th to December 17th will feature Develter’s original large-scale oil on canvas works, limited-edition lithograph series, and garments from his latest fashion collection with Tube Gallery, Bangkok. Notable pieces include ‘Pakokku Chin’ from Christian’s iconic Chin Series and ‘Pierce,’ the latest work from his world-acclaimed Cigar Series.

Guests visiting the exhibition will have the opportunity to purchase Develter’s works online by scanning QR codes during the event.

The Develter x Samaroli collaboration is a commissioned work by the Owner of Sautter, London, a renowned Cigar House. This collaboration resulted in the limited-edition and highly sought-after Develter x Samaroli x Sautter Series, celebrating Samaroli’s unique flavor profiles through Develter’s bold and iconic works. Samaroli, known for its exclusivity and unmatched quality, has crafted collector’s bottles, each with only 180 bottles produced. These bottles include Barbados Single Origin Rum, Trinidad Single Origin Rum, Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, and Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

These exclusive collector’s bottles, with only six sets available for purchase at Level 1, InterContinental Singapore, The Lobby Lounge, until December 17th (while stocks last), will retail for SGD2,188++ each.

The collaboration will kick off with two exclusive masterclasses on Friday, November 24th, featuring Whisky, Rum, and Cigar. Hosted at InterContinental Singapore’s Secret Garden, participants will have the opportunity to spend the evening with Samaroli Brand Manager, Daniele Liberati, and the Managing Partner and Director of Sales and Development at Sautter, London, Tomasz Sroka. Attendees will sample the Develter x Sautter x Samaroli Limited Edition Collection, as well as a Sautter x Develter Lancero cigar. Tickets for the masterclass are priced at S$88++ per person.

On Saturday, November 25th, the Meet The Artist Dinner will take place at LUCE by Davide Giacomelli. The evening, hosted by Christian Develter, will include a whisky and rum tasting session led by Samaroli Brand Manager, Daniele Liberati, and Sautter’s Director of Sales and Development, Tomasz Sroka. The four-course dinner will feature exquisite pairings with wines, ensuring a culinary journey like no other. Tickets for the Meet The Artist Dinner are priced at S$228++ per person.
