The colour scheme, featuring shades of crimson red, smokey grey, taupe, and charcoal, created an atmosphere of mystery and allure. The interior design exuded elegance, with attention to detail in every aspect. The combination of dimmed lighting, sleek furniture, and stylish decor elements made for a truly enchanting dining environment.
Service:
The service at SEXYCOW was exemplary from the moment I entered the restaurant. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and well-versed in their knowledge of the menu. They guided us through the dining experience, offering recommendations and ensuring that our needs were met. The waitstaff was prompt in taking orders and displayed professionalism throughout our visit. The personalized service added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.
Food:
SEXYCOW’s menu impressed with its innovative approach to American-Italian cuisine. We started our meal with the Parma Pizza Focaccia, which was a delightful combination of three cheeses, truffles, and mushrooms. The flavours melded perfectly, and the thin crust added a nice crunch. The Wagyu Beef Tartare was a standout starter, featuring tenderloin, truffle, rocket, shallots, and mustard. The freshness of the ingredients and the skillful preparation resulted in a dish bursting with flavours.
Moving on to the pasta, we tried the Crab Tagliolini, a heavenly creation featuring saffron cream sauce, crab meat, and homemade pasta. The pasta was cooked al dente, and the creamy sauce complemented the sweetness of the crab meat. We also enjoyed the Thaisotto, a fusion dish that combined the flavours of Tom Yum and risotto, topped with succulent tiger prawns. The aromatic blend of Thai spices with the creamy risotto created a unique and satisfying taste.
For the main course, we indulged in the SEXYCOW Reserve, which featured three different types of steak: NY Striploin MBS3+, Aus Rib Eye MBS3+, and Aus Tenderloin MBS3+. Each cut was cooked to perfection, with a mouthwatering sear on the outside and a tender, juicy interior. The steaks were served with delectable side dishes such as mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, which added a comforting touch to the meal. We also savoured the Grilled Tiger Prawns, which were succulent and enhanced by the flavours of garlic and white wine.
To conclude our dining experience, we couldn’t resist the Truffle Caramel Toast with truffle gelato on top. The combination of sweet and savoury, along with the earthy aroma of truffle, made for a decadent dessert that left a lasting impression.
