With a Catalonian chef at the helm, Uno Mas imports most of its ingredients from Spain to ensure an authentic dining experience. I had the pleasure of experiencing the sensational Spanish menu at Uno Mas Bangkok. Here is my detailed review.

Moving on to the main courses, we savoured the “Cuchifrito,” which featured succulent suckling pig served with a rocket-orange salad. The combination of tender meat and the refreshing citrus notes of the salad created a wonderful balance.

The Razor Clams, cooked in Salsa Refrito sauce and accompanied by a lemon foam, were a delightful seafood offering. The clams were perfectly cooked and showcased the natural flavours of the sea.

For meat lovers, the Charred Lamb Chops grilled in the Josper oven were a true indulgence. Cooked to perfection, the lamb chops were tender, juicy, and paired perfectly with the accompanying sauce.

To conclude our meal, we enjoyed the Pan Seared Hake served with asparagus, clams, quail egg, and a saffron sauce. The hake was flaky and moist, and the combination of flavours and textures made it a satisfying choice.
