Review of Rest & Recharge @ Citadines Wellness Staycation Package at Citadines Connect Rochester Singapore
If you are feeling stressed out and burnt out from the daily grind, you might want to treat yourself to a wellness staycation at Citadines Connect Rochester Singapore. This newly opened biophilic property offers a Rest & Recharge package that will help you relax and rejuvenate in a natural and serene setting.
You can book the 3D2N weekend staycation package online as an Ascott Star Rewards member, and you will be impressed by the value and quality of the package. The package included a spacious and comfortable room, a complimentary breakfast, and a choice of restful activities that suited my preferences and schedule.
One of the highlights of my staycation was the Forest Bathing experience, which was conducted by a certified forest therapy guide. We took a leisurely walk in the nearby Rochester Park, where we were invited to connect with nature through various sensory exercises. I felt a sense of calmness and peace as I listened to the sounds of birds and insects, smelled the fragrance of flowers and leaves, and touched the bark and grass. The guide also facilitated some sharing and reflection sessions, which helped me gain some insights and perspectives on my life.
Another activity that I enjoyed was the Flower Printing workshop, which was held in the hotel’s rooftop garden. It was a fun and creative way to express myself through flowers. I learned how to use natural dyes and hammers to transfer the shapes and colours of flowers onto fabric. I was amazed by the results and felt proud of my own creation.
As part of the package, I also received a Welcome Gift Pack that contained an Unknotify toolkit with various items to help me relieve my muscular tension and stress. I especially liked the aromatherapy roll-on, which had a pleasant scent that calmed my nerves. I also watched some online self-massage video tutorials that showed me how to use the massage ball and T-stick to ease my neck and shoulder pain.
Overall, I had a wonderful staycation at Citadines Connect Rochester Singapore. The Rest & Recharge package was well-designed and well-executed, and it gave me an opportunity to reconnect with myself and nature. I would highly recommend this package to anyone who is looking for a holistic and affordable wellness staycation in Singapore.
