On Father’s Day, Estate’s weekly Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch affair will be amped up with an even wider range of seasonal menu selections and activities for the whole family.
Get treated to an extensive menu for brunch which includes:

Be sure to stop by the local gin cocktail bar — created in partnership with Singapore Distillery exclusively for Father’s Day where diners can enjoy two Singapore-inspired flavours of cocktails – the Cendol, a coconut pandan gin infused with a sweetness of gula melaka, and Bandung, made with Singapore Distillery’s Stolen Roses Gin and milk.
While the adults make merry at the gin counter, the little ones will have their fair share of fun with a range of art activities such as colouring and canvas painting, a variety of board games, and a magician who will keep guests entertained at their tables.

Families who prefer an evening celebration can visit Estate at night and experience the restaurant’s recently refreshed regular dinner buffet menu. Start the feast with a full spread of seafood at the Raw and Seafood Bar, before moving on to dinner-exclusive items such as the premium meats and live carvings of Estate Signature Black Truffle Roasted Duck, Whole Roasted Lamb with Tortilla and Grilled Skewers with homemade marinades. Sweeten the celebration with the new Strawberry Crème Panna Cotta and Mango Pomelo Pudding or the good old classic Hilton Iconic Cheesecake.

Ginger.Lily’s craft cocktail menu offers a tipple for every palate – from spirit-forward libations like Smoked ($32++), a classy drink that combines Shiso Umeshu with Roku Gin for a spiced, woody journey; to Coffee Break ($24++) with Mizurana Whiskey, coffee kombucha, and warm coffee foam; and the botanical-forward Prime Glory ($22++) concocted with bamboo-aged Monkey Shoulder Whiskey, Taylor’s Fine Tawny Port, and sweet coco sap.
CAL-ITALIAN FEAST AT OSTERIA MOZZA
Pamper dad with a hearty feast of Chef Nancy Silverton’s signature Cal-Italian specials at Osteria Mozza, which will offer its regular à la carte menu for lunch and dinner on Father’s Day. For lunch, relish Silverton’s famous wood-fired pizzas that include Fennel Sausage ($40++) and Napoletana ($38++) alongside a range of superlative American-style salads, pastas and antipasti from the Mozzarella Bar. In the evening, dig into dishes from the restaurant’s dinner menu such as the Porcini-Rubbed Westholme Wagyu Tomahawk ($32++ per 100g) and Maltagliata ($34++) with duck ragù.
For the cocktail-loving dads, Osteria Mozza will be offering its signature Mozza Negroni at a special price of $18++ per glass (usual price at $26++ per glass) to celebrate the occasion.
