DEWAR’s Whisky Highball Masterclass at Hotel Telegraph’s 1927 Rooftop Bar
Hotel Telegraph’s 1927 Rooftop Bar will be hosting a DEWAR’s Whisky Highball Masterclass on May 20, 2023. The masterclass will be led by Mike Cheong from the Bacardi team and will teach participants how to make their own classic DEWAR’s Whisky Highball, as well as how to use additional ingredients to put a spin on the classic at home with friends.
The DEWAR’s Whisky Highball is a simple but delicious cocktail made with DEWAR’S White Label blended Scotch Whisky, soda water, and a lemon wedge. It is the perfect drink to enjoy on a hot day, and it is easy to make at home.
In the masterclass, Mike Cheong will teach participants how to make the classic DEWAR’s Whisky Highball, as well as how to use additional ingredients to create their own unique variations. He will also share some tips on how to choose the right whisky for a highball, and how to make the perfect cocktail.
The masterclass will be held on May 20, 2023 at Hotel Telegraph’s 1927 Rooftop Bar.
After the masterclass, guests will be able to enjoy a month-long DEWAR’s Highball Happy Hour at 1927 Rooftop Bar. The happy hour will run from 6pm to 8pm, and will feature DEWAR’s Whisky Highballs, price will be S$15++ for the Dewar’s 12 years and S$18++ for the Dewar’s 15 years.
