Treat Dad to an indulgent Semi-buffet Brunch ($138++ per adult) this Father’s Day (19 June 2022). The menu includes unlimited cheese varieties, Charcuterie, Salmon Confit, Escargots and an extensive Seafood Platter featuring fresh Oysters, Chilled Oysters, Little Neck Clams, Chilled Hokkaido Clams and Rock Lobster. Expect to savour Head Chef Eric Seow’s signature dishes such as French Chicken, 8-hour Slow-cooked Lamb Shoulder and Angus Steak Frites. For the non-meat eaters, enjoy the Kibbeh Arlene – a Middle Eastern inspired Plant-based Dumpling with Spices, Braised Legumes and Crème Fraîche.
