TiNDLE the chicken made from plants and first product from food startup Next Gen Foods, is celebrating its first anniversary this month with a series of mouthwatering giveaways in partnership with the Museum of Ice Cream, The Goodburger, Three Buns and foodpanda.

Launched in March 2021, TiNDLE started as a chef’s favorite at select restaurants in Singapore.  TiNDLE quickly expanded to other culinary epicenters like Dubai, Amsterdam and New York City. In one year, the brand has already become a success among discerning chefs and food connoisseurs across four continents and 42 cities around the globe.

TiNDLE features the distinctive flavor of chicken, thanks to Lipi™ – the company’s proprietary emulsion of plant-based ingredients that mirror the aroma, cookability and savory qualities that typically comes from chicken fat. TiNDLE Waffle and Ice Cream Giveaway with Museum of Ice Cream and The Goodburger

To kick-off the birthday revelries, TiNDLE announces an exclusive collaboration with a world famous attraction, Museum of Ice Cream, located in the lush greenery of Dempsey. For one day only on Thursday, 17 March from 1pm – 4pm, across all Museum of Ice Cream venues in Austin, New York City and Singapore, TiNDLE fans will be treated to the ultimate sweet and savory combination, the sinfully delicious TiNDLE Waffle with Queen Bee ice cream, inspired by the original recipe created by Andrew Zimmern, TiNDLE business and culinary advisor and Emmy- and James Beard Award winning personality. Zimmern joined the brand at the Museum of Ice Cream in Austin, Texas during last week’s annual South by Southwest (SXSW). Prepared by Singapore’s own The Goodburger, 300 TiNDLE Waffles and Ice Cream will be dished out; the dish is made of a crispy waffle and topped with fried TiNDLE chicken – lightly spiced and crisped to perfection – with a scoop of Museum of Ice Cream’s signature Queen Bee ice cream, a vanilla-based ice cream with honey and mini chocolate balls.

The following first anniversary celebrations begin on Friday, 18 March through Thursday, 31 March:

Over three days, from Friday, 18 March to Sunday, 20 March, foodies can feast on TiNDLE with The Goodburger crew at Coronation Plaza, with 100 customers on each day receiving free What the Cluck! TiNDLE burgers, with 50 burgers available from 12pm and another 50 burgers given out from 6pm (until stocks last).

The festivities continue from Monday, 21 March all the way to Sunday, 27 March, where The
Goodburger team will treat diners to 1-for-1 What the Cluck! TiNDLE burgers at their Coronation Plaza food truck daily (until stocks last).

Brand-New TiNDLE Burger, The Guac-Norris, at Three Buns

Some of TiNDLE’s very first restaurant partners are also joining in the birthday bash. The Three Buns team has announced a brand-new burger to mark the brand’s milestone anniversary, The Guac-Norris. A juicy seared TiNDLE chicken patty, drenched in a soy-based mayo, this burger is topped with charred chunky tomato salsa, guacamole and a bed of crisp lettuce – all on a toasted mango flour bun.
