Think sensory and playful as WOOBAR’s mixologists bring on Bubble Mania with five delicious Flavour Blaster tipples, which will be available from November 21 to December 30, 2021 at the outlet.

Pulling out all the stops to deliver a cocktail chemistry romance, the decorative vapour-filled bubbles are eye-catching and mesmerizes with its glistening dome-shaped perfection. Once popped, guests will be treated to a sensory display of aromatic mist and clouds that enhance the cocktail experience as they sip, swirl and savor inventive creations centred around classics and new cocktail renditions.

For a taste of island-life, the Soap Berry Fizz is easy on the palate and a refreshing tropical-flavored nude cocktail with citrus-infused smoke, while G&T lovers can revel in the Grove Cove, featuring Seedlip Grove 42 with herb-infused smoke. Classic cocktail lovers may opt for the Manhattan, an ‘OG’ mix of American whiskey and Italian vermouth, crowned with aromatic smoke, or the Coral Butterfly, a martini spin-off made with Plymouth Gin, local honey, citrus, Laphroaig 10 years, French liqueur and aquafaba. Alternatively, casually sip through the night with Tranquility Tonic, a vodkabased highball that is sure to please with its citrus notes.
With options to choose between the nude or alcoholic versions, guests are invited to take their pick and hit escape for an evening of sips and nibbles at the WOOBAR.
