Michelin-starred Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro takes a trip down memory lane from 6 August to 21 September 2021. The seasonal mooncakes are handcrafted by award-winning culinary team. Born in Yokohama, Japan, Executive Chef Chen Kentaro is passionate about producing exquisite craftsmanship and creativity in his cuisine. Representing his hometown, the intricate illustrations on the ornamental midnight-blue box illuminates a full moon of the mid-autumn festival on the majestic hills. Touches of gold enhance its extravagance, representing abundance in the season of gifting.
