The texture of this minced meat is very similiar to actual meat and it is very easy to cook. Making it into small meat balls, you can have it with noodle or steam it with tofu.

OmniMeat Luncheon
Luncheon meat is one of the most popular processed meats in Asia but its potential health risks concern consumers. OmniMeat Luncheon, launched by OmniFoods, contains 0mg cholesterol, is rich in protein and provides dietary fiber, potassium and calcium. Compared with canned pork counterparts, OmniMeat Luncheon has far lower calories, total fat and sodium levels. It is also cruelty-free, non-GMO and buddhist-friendly, without added hormones, antibiotics or MSG. More importantly, OmniMeat Luncheon does not use any carcinogenic nitrate as the preservatives. Simply pan-fry both sides of OmniPork Luncheon for 1-2 minutes and you will get a healthier quick-fix meal.

It is really easy to cook this luncheon meat, pan-fry is my preferred method and you get a bit of crispy texture on the outside.

OmniMeat Strip
Meat strips are commonly used in Asian cuisines. OmniMeat Strip, launched by OmniFoods, is high in protein (18.6g of protein per 100g). It is low in saturated fats, free from cholesterol and provides a source of dietary fiber, potassium, calcium and iron. Compared with raw meat shoulder, OmniMeat Strip has far lower calories and total fat content. The formula is cruelty-free, non-GMO and buddhist-friendly, without added hormones, antibiotics or MSG. OmniMeat Strip is suitable for almost every dish. Along with OmniMeat (minced) and OmniMeat Luncheon, the whole range allows chefs to curate an infinite variety of dishes.

My favourie way is to stir-fry this with some vegetables, very healthy dish and yet delicious.
