Available from 5 to 21 March 2021, be treated to an extensive selection of Japanese delicacies, from a lavish assortment of fresh sashimi and sushi, to succulent Chicken Yakitori and Takoyaki topped with bonito flakes, Japanese mayo and tonkatsu sauce. Catch chefs in action behind the partitioned live stations as they whip up delicious plates of Lobster Mentaiko with spring onions and togarashi as well as Miso-Glazed Baked Salmon served with roasted Okinawa sweet potatoes.
