Flavours of Japan at Melt Café MANDARIN ORIENTAL, SINGAPORE

Take your taste buds on a trip to Japan with the specially curated Flavours of Japan semi-buffet dinner fare at Melt Café at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore. Available from 5 to 21 March 2021, be treated to an extensive selection of Japanese delicacies, from a lavish assortment of fresh sashimi and sushi, to succulent Chicken Yakitori and Takoyaki topped with bonito flakes, Japanese mayo and tonkatsu sauce. Catch chefs in action behind the partitioned live stations as they whip up delicious plates of Lobster Mentaiko with spring onions and togarashi as well as Miso-Glazed Baked Salmon served with roasted Okinawa sweet potatoes. End the meal on a sweet note with a medley of Japanese Mochi, Chitose Strawberry Gâteaux and Matcha Azuki Roulade, alongside all-time favourites such as Signature Melt Chocolate Cake and Baked Waffle paired with ice cream or sorbet.
