Relish the good old times at Carousel during Ramadan, from 12 April to 12 May 2021. Tuck in to over 100 dishes a la carte buffet style. Carousel’s chefs turn up the heat with Nasi Ambeng (Beef rendang, deep-fried tumeric chicken, begedil, chilli ikan cantik, sambal goreng and butterfly pea rice) and Lobster Mee Soto (lobster served with yellow noodles in turmeric chicken broth and begedil).

Trained restaurant team in masks and gloves will serve food directly onto your dish at buffet lines.

Local hot favourites include Singapore Rojak, Gado Gado, Traditional Chicken and Mutton Satay and Traditional Nonya Kuehs.

End off the gastronomic journey with creative desserts. Look forward to Chendol Delice, Durian Chocolate Fudge, Gula Melaka Crème Brûlée, Ondeh Ondeh Chocolate Pralines and Durian Pengat. If these are not enough to whet your appetite, the pastry chef has also created Bandung Ice-cream with Selasih (basil seeds) and Pandan Waffle just for the Ramadan menu.
