Inspired by the South American barbeque culture, expect premium cuts and the freshest catch grilled to perfection before your eyes, complete with the occasional Asian touch.

Fire up your appetite with an array of starters like Seafood Ceviche topped with coconut, yuzu, green papaya and kumquat, and the hearty Octopus Laksa with pickled burnt cucumber. Then, tuck into piping hot delights straight from the Live Carving station. Let our chefs fill the table with Crispy Pork Belly, Slow-cooked Beef Brisket, Roasted Provoletta, Mac & Cheese and more. Straight from the fiery embers of our BBQ grill come the stars of the show, with the likes of Grilled Iberico Pork Secreto, often hailed in the culinary sphere as being the wagyu cut for pork, and seafood gems like Whole Red Snapper, Lobster and King Prawns. Say hello as our chefs come around your tables to serve up Black Angus Sirloin, Lamb Rack and Chicken Thigh straight off the smoking skewer in traditional Churrasco style. Finally top it all off with Cookie & Ice-cream Sandwiches and Cinnamon & Almond Tres Leche Cake for a sweet ending.
