Apricot and Sourplum Snow-skin Mooncake 杏子酸梅冰皮月饼 , is inspired by MasterChef Jereme Leung’s signature creation at 藝 yì by Jereme Leung, Plum-pickled Tomatoes with Crunchy Turnip & Sweet Vinegar 冰镇老梅干 圣女果 , 爽脆沙窝萝卜 . Savour the heavenly union of fresh apricot purée, sourplum and white chocolate.
An ode to the most exquisite member of the citrus family, Yuzu and Osmanthus Truffle Snow-skin mooncake 柚子桂花冰 皮月饼 . Experience the rich tart and floral flavours of the aromatic Yuzu as the divine blend of osmanthus tea leaves heightens its natural sweetness.

Champagne Truffle Snow-Skin Mooncake 香槟巧 克 力冰皮月饼 is delectably swathed in a velvety white lotus paste and luxuriously fragrant as it has always been.
