Staycation atelier activities allow you to design bespoke perfumes with expert guidance

Parisian haute perfumery Maison 21G has announced a range of perfume workshops, as well as a revamp of their current private perfume creation atelier offering at their flagship store in Duxton Road. The workshop offerings come just in time for the school holidays as Singaporeans seek activities suitable for smaller groups after the Circuit Breaker.

Maison 21G’s perfume-making ateliers generally last between 1 and 2 hours and enable customers to learn about the noble art of perfumery in conjunction with the company’s trained scent experts. These experts will guide customers in finding their favourite perfume ingredients and will help them to discover their ‘scent personality’ through an AI-powered personality quiz.

Participants can enjoy the workshop by themselves or with a small group of friends to ensure safe distancing.

 

A brand new perfume-making atelier, the PerfumeByMe workshop, has been created for young people below the age of 21 and is offered at a lower price of $90 per person compared to $120 for the standard adult workshop. The workshops enable participants to explore their own unique identity through the power of scent and helps define their personalities by allowing them to create their own bespoke perfume.

Another Maison 21G workshop is the Love Atelier. Designed for couples to create their own individual perfumes, and create one shared scent representing their love, the Love Atelier is a unique date night for couples or a romantic way to mark a special occasion such as an anniversary.

Individuals or small groups of friends can also book a Perfume Creation Atelier as well as a Family Atelier which offer a unique holiday activity for school children and their parents.

For those who prefer to host a perfume workshop in the safety of their own home, Maison 21G continues to offer the Private Home Atelier where scent experts conduct the workshop at a private venue of the customer’s choosing. This workshop may also be hosted virtually with the perfume making equipment delivered the day prior and the Maison 21G staff on hand on the day to guide in the scent design creation process.

Love Atelier: $290 per couple, includes 3 perfumes

Perfume Creation Atelier: $120 per person, includes 1 perfume

Family Atelier: $290 per family, includes 2 full-sized and 2 small perfumes
