For the second episode of the #Furlaillusions series, the brand invites its guests to Milan’s suggestive Teatro Gerolamo to live an emotional experience in a world of illusions, where magic, beauty and creativity collide, putting products in the limelight.
Going through an arch, Furla’s new logo, – which, echoing Bologna’s signature porches and the arch of the Furla Foundation’s palazzo, celebrates the brand’s roots with the right mix of architectural rigor and aesthetic elegance, – guests enter the Furla world, presented with a lively, contemporary theater inspiration, adding a touch of fantasy and magic projected into the future.
Tradition and wonder meet. Teatro Gerolamo’s classic scenario, with the cloakroom, the lobby, the galleries, the lounge bar and the stage, is enriched with mirrors, neon lights, holograms, shadows, kaleidoscopic patterns and psychedelic effects, reflecting the most playful and creative side of Furla’s DNA. Guests, guided by ushers in traditional uniforms, are invited to enter different rooms, where they will discover the wide range of materials and color variations of the new Furla 1927, the It-bag of the Fall/Winter 2020 season.
Presented in the new Top Handle version, where the arch appears not only on the iconic metallic closure, but also inspires the sinuous and curved lines of the handle, the Furla 1927, celebrating the year of the foundation of the brand established by Aldo Furlanetto, is presented in its most special version, just perfect for a night at the theater.
Presented in mini, small and regular versions, the Furla 1927 Top Handle is crafted from exclusive materials, spanning from metallic and fluorescent crocodile printed leather to patent leather and sparkling glitters to tactile satin and rich plush velvet enriched with jacquard arch monograms. For the first time, the metallic closure is presented both in the classic gold finishing and in an enamel tone-ontone version. In keeping with the brand’s signature essential, elegant and functional design, a series of belt bags and iconic silhouettes complete the Furla 1927 world.
The Furla 1927, which will be immediately available in a selection of See Now Buy Now variations at Furla’s flagship in Milan and online in exclusive for the European market, also becomes the protagonist of a multicolor hologram interacting on the stage with a dancer in a performance meant to reveal the brand’s most vivacious, elegant and creative spirit.
