New afternoon tea set at Peacock Alley;

The arrival of springtime is marked by blooming flowers in gardens across the globe. Spring is not only a season, but also a symbol of renewal, vitality and beauty. With this in mind, Waldorf Astoria Bangkok and Executive Pastry Chef Andrea Noli introduce a new afternoon tea set that blooms with inspiration from springtime.

Guests may brighten up any day of their week by enjoying the new afternoon tea, from now onwards, at Peacock Alley between the hours of 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Indulge in a selection of sweet treats symbolizing the sights and colors of springtime including Garden Carrot Cake, Yogurt & Honey Bee, Spring Nest Tiramisu, Butterfly Macaron, Sakura Lemon & Raspberry Tart, and a range of Asian and Western-inspired savories. In-between these gourmet bites, sip a cup of your favorite Mariage Frères tea.

You may choose to be seated comfortably in the elegant corner of the hotel that is Peacock Alley with a view overlooking the Royal Bangkok Sports Club, or in a sofa with the backdrop of our beautiful Art Deco bronze clock that was designed by André Fu.

The afternoon tea set, which is available from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, is priced at THB 2,200++ including a choice of tea and coffee for two. Guests may also select a Billecart-Salmon Champagne option priced at THB 4,000++ including two glasses of champagne. Located on the hotel’s Upper Lobby, Peacock Alley is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
