Get a taste for the country’s rich culinary history at Armani/Mediterraneo on 21st January with a buffet spread showcasing the distinctive gastronomic identity of its 20 individual regions. From the rugged slopes of Abruzzo to the refined flavours of Emilia-Romagna, fertile Puglia and historic Sicily, be transported to Italy with every mouthful. Expect risotto, pasta, gelato and much more with a sensual feast of regional flavours including classic Italian panzanella, vitello tonnato, a burrata station, caponata with Tagasscaia olives, arancini, Fiorentina beef steak, chicken saltimbocca, cacciucco seafood stew; and dessert display featuring a Venetian tiramisu, sfogliatelle and zeppole.

Traditional Venetian flavours headline the Armani/Deli menu throughout February with a multi-sensory menu as rich and vibrant as the famed canal city. Stretching from the sea all the way to the foothills of the Alps and the fertile plains of Emilia Romagna, the province of Venezia offers an expansive repertoire of dishes and Chef Giovanni Papi’s four-course collection fuses tradition with contemporary presentation from a classic beef carpaccio and bigoli pasta with wild mushroom ragout and toasted hazelnuts to cotecchino with lentils and the treat of a Venetian style doughnut served with hot chocolate.

Travel to three of Italy’s famed culinary regions in 2020 created by Chef Giovanni Papi with a trio of four-course degustation menus at Armani/Deli.
This January, discover an island nation whose gourmet history draws on inspiration from ancient trade routes and Italian tradition for a Sardinian menu as distinctive as its geography with foodie delights including Culurgiones pasta filled with ricotta cheese followed by braised lamb.
Traditional Venetian flavours come to the table in February with a multi-sensory menu as rich and vibrant as the canal city. Feast on traditional cotechino with lentils and end the treat with the popular chiacchiere fritte, a classic doughnut treat, and more.
With Milan at its heart, celebrate the flavours of Lombardy in March with gastronomic classics such as mozzarella in carrozza and ossobuco Milanese style.
