Fat Cow is the multi-award-winning modern Japanese restaurant by Refinery Concepts, grounded in the concept of wabi-sabi – the art of finding beauty in things modest, simple and humble. Opened in 2011, Fat Cow is beloved for its extensive selection of high quality Japanese Wagyu beef. With the addition of a new 8-seater omakase counter, the Chef’s Table, brings a contemporary and creative approach to the best produce of each season. Fat Cow is now led by veteran Tokyo-born Chef Shigeru Kasajima. It is the recipient of the ‘Best Japanese Restaurant Fine Dining’ Award at the RAS Epicurean Star Awards in 2019 and has won the Chope Diner’s Choice ‘Best Restaurant of The Year” Award for two consecutive years (2018, 2019).
