Artemis Grill, a sky-high dining concept in Singapore offering Mediterranean-inspired flavours, delivers a decadent four course menu for romantic diners this Valentine’s Day 2020.
Once seated overlooking the spectacular views of Marina Bay, guests will be first served Tsarskaya Oysters, nature’s infamous aphrodisiac, before moving onto a selection of starters that include seared Boston Lobster, Burrata alla ‘Norma’ and Beef Ragu Pasta.
The main dishes available have been carefully picked from the classic a la carte menu, including the Pasture-fed Beef Tenderloin, Iberico Pork ‘Secreto’, Seared Cod, Chicken Breast and for the vegetarians, Parsley Spelt Risotto. In addition, you have an offering of sides for the table too, including Sicilian Tomatoes, Cauliflower ‘Couscous’ and “Pommes de Terre Ecrasees”.
For a sweet finish, the popular Valrhona Milk Chocolate Mousse is a firm favourite, alongside Saffron Poached Pear, Caramelized Lemon Tart or a Trio of Sorbets, the latter being vegan friendly.
The dinner is available for one evening only with two separate seatings on Friday 14th February 2020.
Early seating: $110++ pp reservations from 5 30pm-6 30pm
Late seating $110++ pp reservations from 8pm onwards
Artemis Grill & Sky Lounge is a contemporary Mediterranean-inspired rooftop restaurant in Singapore’s CBD, using fresh, organic and sustainable produce synonymous with the flavours of coastal Spain, Southern France, Italy and Greece.
