Love comes in all forms – celebrate variety with Azur’s international spread, filled with mouthwatering Asian and Western selections to fulfil any craving.

Seafood lovers can dive into the Canadian Lobsters and Half Shell Scallops on the seafood on ice selection, fresh Sashimi and Seafood Crab Meat Chowder will also be available alongside Executive Chef Alvin’s signature Chilli Crabs with Mantou.

 

You can also put together a Poké Bowl at the “Do-It-Yourself Poké” station with ingredients such as Marinated Raw Tuna, Tobikko, Salmon Sashimi, Roasted Beef and a great selection of fresh seasonal greens.

The carving station boasts a Valentine’s exclusive Australian Bone in Beef Tomahawk served with Porcini Red Wine Jus and Beef Fat Béarnaise, which can be savoured with Azur’s Chef Signature Truffle Risotto, Fennel Seafood Terrine and Mediterranean Barramundi en Papillote.

Valentine’s meal is not complete without a delightful selection of delectable desserts, including a rich Valrhona Chocolate Mousse, Classic Tiramisu, Pandan Layered Crepe Cake, Grape & Sauvignon Blanc Jelly and alcoholic Lovers Chocolate Pralines to end the evening with a buzz.

Couples may purchase a special buffet package at $150++ for 2 diners, with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco.

Valentine’s Day is the sweetest occasion of the year, and our favourite way to commemorate it is to relish the flavours that make it deserving of this title. Our Executive Chef and Pastry Chef have collaborated on this special menu, with Chef Alvin’s signature Straits style savoury bites and Chef Law’s dainty and luscious sweet treats. Enjoy this afternoon delight while you sip on Dilmah’s Premium Tea selection or Barista Brewer coffee.

There will be a mini-buffet featuring items such as Homemade Otah with Charcoal Dough Fritters, Udang Kueh Pie Tee, Valrhona Salted Caramel Coconut Tart and Gula Melaka Crème Brûlée.

In addition to the Valentine’s exclusive menu, they will be extending High Tea hours. Start your luxurious afternoon from 11am to 5pm on 14 to 16 February 2020. Grab a friend for a double date, as they will be extending a limited 1-for-1 for the first 5 reservations made directly.

If you prefer meats over sweets, the Lobby Lounge also offers a curated Meat Lovers Set Menu ($110++) for Valentine’s Day, inclusive of 2 glasses of house wine or prosecco.

Start your meal with an appetising Sour Plum Sherbet infused with Kaffir Lime, while you prepare yourself for the main star of this menu; the Australia Bone in Beef Tomahawk. It is served with Truffle Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus and Vichy Carrot, Smoked Crusted Salt, Porcini Veal Jus, Blue Cheese Sauce and Beef Fat Béarnaise. If you find yourself craving for some confections, top-up $12++ for our Pastry Chef’s lovingly crafted “Layers of Love” Mille-Feuille. Savour the textures and flavours of Citrus Yuzu Curd, Vanilla Crémeux, Guanaja Ganache, Confit Strawberry with Lemongrass and Ginger between layers of Filo pastry for a delicate end to an elegant meal.
